  2. On the Gemini touchscreen: Message → Barcode
  3. Set Symbology to QR Code (140 types supported).
  4. Set Raster Mode ≥ 16 dots high (required for 2D code detail).
  5. Under Data Input: select USB Data and load your .txt file.
  6. Alternatively: paste the GS1 string directly into the barcode Message field on-screen.
  7. Test print on sample substrate before production run.
