CRUX M12 Capacitive Label Gap Sensor

The Crux M12 Capacitive Label Gap sensor is a high-performance, cost-effective solution for reliable label detection in industrial applications. Designed to detect clear labels and non-metal labels, with the S-4100/D model also supporting metallic labels, it features a durable metal housing for stable operation and compatibility across a wide range of systems.

Operating from a DC 12–24V supply, the sensor delivers a fast 0.1ms response time and 100Hz operating frequency for accurate, high-speed detection. It supports NPN or PNP normally open transistor outputs, a 100mA output current, and a reversible label movement direction for flexible installation.

The ST LabGap sensor includes push-button sensitivity adjustment, clear LED status indicators, and built-in reverse polarity, wiring, and short-circuit protection. An M12 connector provides a secure, reliable connection, making it a practical choice for label sensing applications requiring dependable performance.
